Question
How do I qualify an anesthesiologist that I am hiring through a private company separate from hospital for a surgery? Better Business Bureau? Organizations?
The best you can do is check out his board certification status from the American Board of Anesthesiologists (http://www.theaba.org/DiplomateDirectory/) and check with the local State licensing agency if there are any outstanding complaints against the physician.
