Question
I have both genetic and environmental(pesticides suspected)form of deficiency, resulting in a delay of about 5 hours, in the ability to move arms, legs, etc. I am now of advanced, 70+, age and recently have moved to a farming community. Are there any safe forms of general anesthesia for more serious surgeries I may need?

Answer
You can have general anesthesia without problem. You just need to tell the anesthesiologist that you have PC deficiency and they won't give you succinylcholine. You can have other muscle relaxants without problem.
