I am curious if you had time to have time or make time to be with your girl friend or wife during internship?

I did my internship in surgery where I worked (on average) 120 hour/week, so the answer is "not really". Now residents are not allowed to work more than 80 hr/wk so it is a lot easier to be with your significant other.
