Question
What would you feel were the top 20 anesthesiology residency programs in the country?  I am graduating from a large, advanced medical center and I would like to view all different types of surgery - including transplants.

Answer
This is a question that no one can honestly answer. First of all we all know our own programs but only know of other programs by heresay. There are people that will say "Harvard is the best" but it may not be the best for everyone and it may not be the best for all types of anesthesia, etc. Sometimes the "Best" programs are not the best places to work at. So I won't try to answer that question and just tell you that all accredited programs will give you a well rounded experience. When you interview, you can find out if they have transplant.
