Anesthesiology/Epidural and lower back tingling

Question
I got an epidural for the birth of my son in November of 2006. The anesthesiologist missed the first time and was able to get the epidural in the second time. I had to end up getting a c section and the anesthesiologist had to the go a third time (spinal) to give me a full block. I am now exercising and notice a strong tingling/almost pins and needles sensation in my lower back and into my hips whenever i do ab exercises. It is extremely uncomfortable. Is this related to the 3 "pokes" i received? Is it nerve damage?

Answer
I would doubt it since you would have noticed it everytime you got up from bed, etc. since you use the same muscles. That being said, I can't tell you what it is but you might want to see an orthopedic surgeon to make sure you haven't developed a disc problem.
