Question
is it safe to give high thorasic epidural block for laproscopic cholecystectomy  & what are the success rate of this? have you tried it?

Answer
Hi Mukesh
I have never tried it. Is it safe? Yes if done appropriately by a skilled anaesthetist. Would I use this technique? No. I see no advantage for this procedure which we can achieve as a day case with general anaesthesia.
Hope this helps
