Question
Dear Dr. Levy, I am currently majoring in music, but due to recent events
music may not be a suitable path for me. I have started looking into several
different career options and Anesthesiology is at the top of my list.
According to a past answer you gave, would it be possible for me to continue
schooling in Music for a bachelors, and then move on to medical school, or
would it be better or required to move into a medicine field?

Answer
As long as you take all the required premed courses and meet all the other requirements, there is no problem staying a music major (but be prepared to answer the question "Why major in music if you want medicine?").
