(patient billing, patient management, etc.)
2) ... any to be used by anethetists or 3)nurse anethtists?

Now then that is interesting. I am UK based and gave up private practice 3 years ago. Prior to that I had 12 years experience of billing patients.

I used a simple spreadsheet to record patient details and billing dates, record of payment, reminder letter dates, final reminder letter dates etc.

I then used mail merge with standard documents that I had set up. Once it was working my wife looked after it with no problems.

I know ther is private practice software available now in the UK, but have no experience of it. Try http://www.dglit.com/

Do you guys have access to doctors.net?
http://www.doctors.net.uk/

If not it would be worth campaigning for it as there are many useful discussion forums in there - including one on private practice.

Hope this helps.

Kind regards
