Question
Is there a safe anesthetic to use on someone who would like to schedule an abdominoplasty that has a latex sensitivity, gluten intolerance and possible p450 enzyme dificiencies?

Answer
Yes there is. We deal with latex allergies all the time. As far as the gluten allergies and p450, it may limit some of the anesthetics we use but as long as your anesthesiologist knows about your allergies, s/he can tailor your anesthetic to be the safest possible.
