Question
I recently had my second son 5 weeks ago.I have had quite a bit of pain where the epidural was. The epidural didnt work well with this one, so I dont know if what Im experiencing is normal.Sometimes it feels like I have an air  bubble in my back. Other times it feels like something is out of place. The site is tendor to the touch! any thoughts

Answer
It's not uncommon to have pain at the site of the epidural but it should not last 5 weeks. There is a very small possiblility that there is an infection at the site. If the pain has not gotten any better or is getting worse, you should have it seen by a physician. If it is slowly getting better, then don't worry about it and take nati-inflammatories (e.g. Tylenol) for the pain.
