Anesthesiology/spine pain

Question
I had a c-section a few months ago, and it seems like the place on my spine where the spinal anesthesia was inserted hurts when I move certain ways. Is this normal? Will it go away or could there be a problem?

Answer
It generally shouldn't last this long. The injection site might be sore for a while but your back shouldn't hurt. It might be unrelated to the spinal but rather you might have a mild herniated disc from carrying the pregnancy. If it is really bothersome you should check it out with a back specialist.
