thank you in advance for answering my question

The answer is many different types! General anaesthesia can be used for almost all operations/procedures you can think of. Regional anaesthesia can be used for an almost as large number of procedures but is much more difficult to achieve when we are thinking of more complex operations and is more or less impossible for some procedures e.g. aortic aneurysm repair, cardiac surgery etc
Local anaesthesia can be used for procedures where direct injection of local anaesthetic into an area will provide sufficient pain relief for the operation. This tends to be more superficial surgery but can include things like neurosurgery.
This is way too big a question to say much more than that on. Hope this helps.
