The question I have is in Buffy The Vampire Slayer when Buffy runs away and goes to LA after killing Angel she is working in a diner and meets up with this blond girl and after buffy saves her from a demon dimision. The blond girl takes over as Ann while Buffy goes back to Sunnydale

Thank you for your question. I'm not exactly sure what it is you are asking or what it is you would like to know?
However what you have said about Buffy running away to LA after sending Angel to hell and working at a diner under her middle name Anne, is correct. The blonde girl (who's name is Lily) she saves and as well as literally saving her life, gives her a new lease of life does take on Buffy's name 'Anne' as her own, when Buffy returns to Sunnydale. This episode was called 'Anne.'

The girl who becomes 'Anne' will later be seen as the same character in the series Angel and is a friend of the character Gunn. She now runs a homeless shelter. Lily or Anne was also known as Chantarelle and was seen in a previous episode (Season two 'Lie to me') when she was part of a cult that worshipped vampires. She reveals this to Buffy in the episdoe Anne as she calls Buffy by her real name and so Buffy explains that although she is not going by the name Buffy at the moment, Anne is a real name and is her middle name.
