Chances are Andrew actually thought Angel was evil but I'll check if you give me some more info.
sorry i was not very clear, the episode was damage and it was season 5. my query was why did he think the gang were evil, especially angel, when i reckon he could clearly see they weren't.? cos it looked like he was pointscoring, and being very judgemental, and acted on very little facts.
Answer Andrew isn't strictly referring to Angel as evil, he is stating that he is not working on the same side as Wolfram and Hart. Basically, he is telling Angel that he is kidding himself if he thinks that he can change teh way tht Wolfram adn Hart works - he feels that Angel has sold out to them.
