I was wondering how did Doyle die? Which episode does he die in because I want to see that episode. And in Buffy The Vampire Slayer, what happens to Riley because I haven’t seen that episode either. Also I was wondering why Spike and Angel hate each other so much. I guess you can see I don’t watch the show much but that is because my mom wont let me watch either show but I’m hoping she will let me buy the seasons. in the future so I can understand what’s going on. Is there an episode of angel where he goes nuts when he finds out Buffy died? I was looking for that episode so I tried to find but I couldn’t. Thank you so much for you time. Thanks for your questions.

1. Doyle dies in the first season of Angel in the episode 'Hero'. Doyle dies while sacrificing himself to save Angel and Cordelia and a group of half breed demons like himself from a Nazi-like army of pure demons, who have a weapon that destroys anything with human blood.

2. In Buffy season five, episode 'Into the woods' Riley leaves to re-join the military when he tells Buffy that it isn't working out between them, because she doesn't love him as much as he loves her.

3. Spike and Angel hate other early in Buffy because Spike in evil and Angel is good and has a soul. Then we learn that Angel is Spike's grand sire and in episodes like 'Fool for love' (season five) where we see the vampire's past it is a competiveness and jealousy that makes them hate one another like a sibling rivalry. Then it is because they both love the same woman - Buffy.
Its a shame your mom won't let you watch them. Why is that? I can provide plenty of examples for you to show her what a good show it is and how much academic coverage it has had! Lol. That's my excuse - but mum, it's educational.

Angel doesn't really go nuts about Buffy dying but the episode he finds out is the last episode in Season two of Angel - 'There's no place like plrtz glrb' and the episode which shows Angel dealing with Buffy's death is season three of Angel 'Heartthrob.'
