Question
how often does the ferry runs from st martin to
anguilla. once you arrive at anguilla- can you
set up a taxi tour? how much does it usually cost.
i would like general information about anguilla.

Regarding the ferries, they run every 1/2 hour during daylight hours.  I think there is one that returns to Anguilla about 9 pm also.  Fare is around $10, unless it has been recently raised and the time it takes to get from St. Maarten to Anguilla is 20 to 30 minutes.  Be warned that at times it can be very rough and people do get queasy from the experience.  I like the short Tyden Air flight direct from the airport, but the ferry is great on a calm day.  

For the taxi tour, I am going to direct you to this web page:   http://www.news.ai/  Go to the yellow pages and click on taxi.  You will see a link to taxi fares which will give you detailed info on the fares for taxi tours.  All the cab drivers are honest and will come back for you if you want to stay at a beach for a couple of hours.  You do not need to be worried about getting taken advantage of in Anguilla.
