Question Hi sorry to bother you again but I have another question and since you were helpful on the last one are there diffrent tests for different types of animal testing like for drug testing do they do a type of procedure first? Like the Draize test Thanks once again
Answer im sorry but i can not find much.
all i know is that LD50 (lethal dose 50, named because 50% of the animals die due to such hie concentration of chemicals) is used for liquids and that draize test is used for liquid. skin path tests are used for chemicals and lotions and any kind of skin product. Inhalation is used for chemical at concentrations much much higher than any person would ever inhale.
