Question
i saw a local wild turtle in a shop which has been captive since last year winter up till now, in a 20 gal aquarium continously.
Should i buy it and release it.
if i buy it will it not promote the shop to sale others too.
what should i do . in Pak and India the animal rights persist only within forests region.

Answer
No. First, I doubt that such an action would be legal in your state. Second, releasing the animal in an unfamiliar environment put it and other creatures at risk. Visit http://icwdm.org/wildlife/euthanasia/relocation.asp to learn why translocation of wildlife is frequently a very bad idea.

Not sure what you are talking about when you say "in Pak and India the animal rights persist only within forests region."

do you mean that In Pakistan and India animals persist only within forested regions?

If so not sure what your point is. So can't reasonably comment.
