Hello!
I really need help with finding a speech. For a class I am taking, we need to find a public speech about something we are passionate about. I have searched for a long time and I can not find a good animal rights speech. I am very passionate about animal rights and am a long term vegetarian. I would love to do a speech about animal rights, testing, puppymills, vegetarianism, hunting, or something along the lines of those. Do you know of any people that have made great speeches about any of those things?? thanks a bunch!

Good for you for choosing such a great topic! I have a couple of resources for you. I understand that Gary Yourofsky has a lecture tour therefore you could contact him and ask for a copy of one of speeches. He can help in most areas of animal rights.  http://www.adaptt.org/

I also wrote to PETA and asked them for a couple of speeches that would be useful to you. I know Bruce Friedrich visits debate clubs at colleges so he is another great option. I'm waiting to receive something from them but in the meantime I wanted to get back to you. I'm not sure what your deadline looks like. Please respond and let me know and when I receive more information I'll send it on to you.

Paul and his team (Sea Shepherd) have a TV show on Animal Planet called Whales Wars. I though he might be an interesting choice for you. He is the founder of Sea Shepherd.
