Question
I get a lot of questioning because I'm vegetarian, for example, why do you still eat eggs, milk, cheese, or other dairy products if they come from animals,
are animals still tortured in any way when they are milked, or hatching eggs, know they are not killed. And are the same animals that produce milk and eggs, are they still killed for meat?

Answer
Hi Sandra,

Congratulations on at least being vegetarian - but the natural evolution is to the vegan diet if your reasons for not eating animals is a compassionate one.

Animals that are raised for milk, and eggs are seriously abused, and have longer life spans that those that are meat animals - in other words, they have to endure suffering much longer.

Here is video that should shed some light on the milk and egg industry:

This is one of the saddest of all animal production and should be avoided at all costs.

Hope this helps.  And, if you decide to go vegan, there are many sites to help you:

Good luck -
