Question
How much of a expert are you?
And.
what rights do you think animal should get and why?

Answer
Hi Lola,

Well - my credentials are listed on my biography here on this site.

Animals should have laws that protect them against cruelty.  Dogs and domesticated animals do, but not farm animals.  Farm animals, such as baby pigs, can be thrown against the wall to dispose of them, and chickens and turkeys can be ground up in a grinder, legally.

Does that answer your questions?

If not, please see:  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iBbYUdvGWk0

Or:  http://www.meat.org/video-2.asp

These should give you an answer to your question about what rights animals should be granted, and why.
