Animal Rights/Second Question from Debbie Jones

Question
Second Question

My neighbor the one that I mentioned in the pervious question informed me last night that one of the neighbors a few houses up was seen by another neighbor burying her dog in her front yard.  When my neighbor approached her she denied it and told her it was none of her business anyway.
My neighbor asked me to attend a meeting on Wednesday night with the association but I cannot
as I have a training class to attend that night.
I told her that I was going to contact the township because it sounded like a issue for them to look into.
To my neighbor and myself and obviously anyone else that lives here and is aware of what she did, is very concerned.
The crazy thing is that there is a backyard she could have buried the dog in, and no one would have been the wiser. She is a little off her rocker and is an arrogant person.
Again, can you steer me in the right direction.
And in your opinion is this a health concern.

P.S. It probably sounds like I live in an area with a bunch of weirdo's. But the truth be known most of us are normal...as normal as one can be..

Thanks for your time :)

Answer
HI Debra,

I have been asking around and I found a Cruelty case worker at PETA named Kristin who is willing to help you with your situation. Please call or email her and explain the situation and she will do everything she can to help you and the dog.

Expertise

I can answer general questions about many animal rights topics, to include animals in entertainment, factory farming, vivisection & research, animals used for clothing, veganism, etc.

Experience

I am a true animal lover. I started on my vegetarian path at the age of 12 and am vegan today. I believe we have abused our powers over animals and it is time we make some ethical changes. I choose to fight for animals because it is easier than just sitting around and watching the abuse continue to happen.

Organizations
I am a volunteer member of several organizations to include; PETA, PCRM, Sea Shepherd, Farm Sanctuary, HSUS, MARC, and Grey2K. The closest organization to my heart is The Woodstock Farm Animal Sanctuary. This place is truly amazing and its run by some really cool compassionate people. Education/Credentials
Many years caring for different species of animals.
