Questioni know a kid thats cat had 7 kittens and has them living in his gararge. he also has 7 other full grown cats. wen i saw the kittens i could tell that they were not very healthy. and the garage contains moter bikes, atvs, tools (everywere),sheves, wiers, cords, a car, and holes in the side of the wall. so the kittens could escape and his house is in the woods and his dad has a construction team right outside. he is giving the kittens away for free. i asked my mom if i could take them and bring them to the local shelter.but she said its not our problem.what do you think i should do? i really dont whant to see them get hurt.do u have a cat(s)? have you ever seen any thing like this? katie
Answer Hi Katie,
I’m happy to hear you are looking out for our furry friends. Unfortunately, not everyone cares for their pets like they should. It sounds like your neighbor needs to understand why neutering and spay programs are important for companion animals.
Why spay & neuter:

Low cost & free Spay & Neuter programs by state:

If you feel the cats & kittens are unhealthy and possibly living in a dangerous situation, you can call your local animal control agency and ask them to investigate the situation. It truly is a sad situation when people do not know what is best for their companion animals. Sadly, the laws do not fall on the side of our innocent friends and sometimes when we want someone to come and rescue animals they simply cant because they law doesn’t allow them too. I have 2 beautiful cats that I adore and they are very happy and healthy. It breaks my heart to hear that kittens might be in trouble but I’m very glad to know you are watching out for them. The link below will give you additional information on how to watch out for animals.
