HiRussel,
       i would appreciate it if you send me any of your maya animation file for studying or else can you send me a video explaining proper ease in in maya
        my poses are most of the times good enough but when it comes to give cushioning or slow in to animation i falter
        i am looking forward to hear from you at the earliest

I don't have any files at this time I can send to you due to copyrights. At the moment I'm not doing 3D animation and am currently working on a 2D project. When I do some 3D of my own I'd be glad to send you some files. There may be some other experts out there who can help you right now. Check AllExperts and see if here are any others,
