Question
What is the resolution of 70mm Movie?
Hi
I want to know the resolution setup (like 720 X 576 for DVD) to render a movie for 70mm screen in maha.

Hey Prasad,

I did some digging, and I can't find the exact specifications, although the aspect ratio is 2.20:1. The effective resolution of 70mm film would require almost 10K pixels wide in a digital format.  The effective resolution of current IMAX film would require about 18K pixels wide.
