animation. Right now i am doing Engineering in Computer
Science.
I have given GRE and TOEFL... I wanna explore myself in
animation.. can you tell me the way via GRE ..i want to do
masters in animation !!!

ANSWER: Hi Rahul,

I'm not sure I know what GRE and TOEFL are. Fill me in and maybe I can answer  your question better

If you're in India there are a lot of animation studios to apply to for work. You might want to search the web for studios near where you live.

I started out as an apprentice in the business and worked my way up. So can anyone with some talent and drive.

I hope this helps.

Russell

Right now I am at the level zero. Which course should I opt
for, What is the time period of the course, and most
importantly the scope in this line..

In this time of recession, is it true that the demand of
animators have also suffered ???

Answer
Hi Rahul,

You need a portfolio of your work to show what you can do. If you docan't show your talent to someone then it's impossible to get employment in this field. It also takes a bit of time to become a journeyman animator or artist.

The bad economy has definitely hurt all businesses.

You have to make the rounds to the studios and drop of resumés and reels. If they see you have what the're looking for they will hire you. Sometimes there are entry level positions for production assistants to get your foot in the door.

Hope this hellps.
