Question
Hi, i'm not sure if i'm asking in the right place, but i'm trying to download some animations for my msn. all websites i go to tell me that to save them, you have to right-click, save picture as.... etc.. but whenever i right- click and press save as.. it says Access Denied. Can you please tell me what i have to do.

Hi Grace,

If it says 'access denied' the picture is not allowed to be saved by you. It's protected. You probably need a code or have to pay to save this image to your disc. It may be only available to watch at the URL.
