Question
Can you recommend a good Wacom tablet that sells for under or slightly over $100.? It helps with the animation.

Answer
Hi Jim,

The only way to get one under $100.00 is used on eBay.

The ones I use myself that are on the lower budget side are the Wacom Intuous 3 or 2 9x12 and the Wacom Intuous 3 or 2 6x8
Don't go smaller than 6x8. The smaller ones don't have such a good response as that of the slightly larger ones.

Here's a good one on ebay.

Hope this helps,
