Animation/animating a picture sequence

Question
I imported a series of PNG pictures that make up an animation into After Effects as a "sequence" and it was arranged on the timeline, but the duration of each picture was too long.

How can I arrange a series of pictures and shorten the duration of each clip?

Answer
You can quickly change how fast or slow the entire composition is by adjusting it's frame rate. You can find this under "composition settings" (ctrl+K). If you only want to speed up or slow down one sequence or footage within the composition you have to right click on it in the project window and do "interpret footage" and then "main". Here you can change the frame rate After Effects is applying to that footage...

Let me know if you still have problems...
