I am presently a first semester Junior studying 2D traditional animation and I would love to know if you know of any good animation studios in Ohio that I could explore Intern possibilities

The best I could do to help is to do a Google search for animation studios in Ohio:

Click on this link to see the studios and start calling to see if they take interns.

I don't have any personal connections to anyone there to call and find out for you. Sorry.
