Animation/Stick figures to print in a manual

Question
I would like to make stick figure scenes of a person flying a paper airplane to another person, for example, to include in a manual.  What are the options?  I use TurboCAD, Photoshop, and MSOffice.

Answer
The best option would be to use a vector based application like CAD so you can reuse and edit the figures more easily.  There is also a free program called Pivot which is a very simple stick figure animation tool you may be interested in.  Good luck...
