Animation/Original Disney Cells

Question
I have one Winnie the Pooh cell from the original movie with the background and two Jungle Book movie cells with Mowgli and Mowgli and Baloo.  They have certificates on the back that state they are an original hand painted cell from the movie.  (Too funny, but we bought them from the General Store at Disneyland for $10.00 in the 60's!)  Are they worth anything?  They are in perfect condition.  Thank you for your time and response!

Answer
Hi Jennifer,

If you bought these in the '60s they are most likely ACTUAL PRODUCTION CELS!!! These are the rarest because they are one of a kind. Inked and painted once and then shot under the animation camera for the scene you see in the film. They are worth quite a bit!

Can you email me pictures? I'd love to see what you have. (russellc23@mac.com)

The best place to get a real value price on these would be the Van Eaton Galleries. They are tops in knowing prices and authenticity. Here is the URL for their web site:

Hope this helps!
