Sir,

My wife is having drawing skills. She can draw pictures by seeing it. Their are many courses in Animation. I dont know which one should be opted for her.

There are many courses she could take if she has some interest and skill in drawing but first she should know what it is she wants to do.  Is animation what interests her?  There are many different areas in that field, she could do modeling, texturing, environments, special effects, editing or compositing, etc... Having skill in drawing is a great foundation but there many ways to use it and it's hard to recommend a career path without knowing what she would like to pursue.  I would suggest taking some initial courses in all the areas and letting her decide what interests her most and go from there.  Animation may not even be it, she could be an artist or even have interest in architecture, etc...
