Question
Hello Mr. Calabrese-
My Dad met Chuck Jones years ago on a plane and Mr. Jones was kind enough to give my Dad a signed pencil sketch of Bugs Bunny that he drew right there on the plane. My question: is something like this valuable. (excellent condition). Thank you.

Answer
Hi Marlene,

Yes. I believe it would be worth something. I'm not sure exactly how much, but any original art done by Chuck Jones is quite a nice piece to have.

The folks at Van Eaton Galleries can give you an idea of the actual worth of the item. I'm sure as time goes by the piece will go up in value.

Check out their website and get in touch with them. They are the experts in the pricing of animation art.

Hope this helps.
