hi
my question is: i want to make a animation movie like penguins of Madagascar or shrek but as a short movie like 8-10 min. approximately however i don't know any software for this and which one do you prefer Maya or 3Ds max or something else thanks for helping

Hello Burak,

I am a 3DS Max man myself, but animated movies can be created in either software.  Now the fact that you are asking that question leads me to believe that you don't know either of these programs...

If that is the case, I assure you that the learning curve is not an easy one.  You may want to start playing with a more consumer type program like Poser.  Just look do some searches on "poser 3d" in a search engine, and you will find tons of links for tutorials and content.  I would definitely advise you to start there, to introduce yourself to the world of 3D.  If you catch on to that pretty quickly, then you may want to move on to more professional programs like Maya and 3DS Max, where you primarily are able to develope and rig your own models, etc.

You can do much custom character things in Poser, and the models are for the most part already rigged for animation.
