hey I am ofer
I am 23 and like creating 3d models
I know my way around models but i fail to create agood looking face.
do you have any tips on how to make a face?
I use both 3d studio max and rhino.

Hey Ofer,

We have a lot in common... ...including our failure to create a great face model! *smile* That is my very serious weakness, but I have found some great tutorials on the subject.  Try looking in the tutorials at 3dcafe.com or look at the tutorial at this link:  http://www.3drender.com/jbirn/ea/HeadModel.html
It is a generalized nurbs modeling tutorial that you should be able to adapt to 3d max's toolset.  You can also do a tutorial seach on the web like "3d head face modeling tutorial."

I have done cartoon heads and stuff a few times, but nothing as intense as a human head from scratch. With my deadlines, I tend to go for plugins or other softwares such as Poser that create a head and then manipulate the mesh to get my desired look in 3d max.  I hope the links above help...
