Hi, I created a set of 3 characters to help restor value and confidence in the Nigerian/African girl child. The greatest challenge is getting artist and animators locally and all the ones we got so far are very expensive. Are there no small scale studio that can serve small budget projects like ours?

1) What are these characters doing? How much animation (time-wise) are you wanting total?

2)What exactly are you wanting to budget for the project?

3)Are you looking for 3D animation or cartoon 'cel' animation?

4) You mentioned 'locally'...where exactly is that?

I'll try to give you the most reasonable, assessment of your project.  I don't know what your expectations are, but answering the above questions will help me give you a fair market assessment on your expectations.
