Question
Can we apply tracked motion data into Mask (in After Effect), beside layer?
Generaly tracked motion data applies on layer's transform property... but can we apply this on mask ?

Answer
Atul, You have stumped me again!  I have never tried it.  I won't say "no" it is not possible, but here is a reason that I think that you wouldn't be able to do it with traditional or standard tools:

Motion data tracks one point.  A mask is composed of multiple points that are a subset of an object that can be tracked.  Masks, to my knowledge, have no rolldown track where you can past motion data.  We don't get to see the saved data for each individual mask vertex, only for the entire mask.

Maybe there is a plugin for it.  It would be great, because I'm assuming that you are asking, so that you could possibly automate rotoscoping an image, by tracking points and then assigning them to the vertices on the mask.  If you figure that out PLEASE LET ME KNOW!!! But for now, I don't think that it is possible.

Cheers,
