Question
I have tried to combine a couple of my animated pictures (gifs) using my Paint program but when I save them they lose their animation.  What am I doing wrong?

Answer
You might need to work in a nother application to make the gifs animate.

I've use programs like Flash and Director to make animated movies for the web; even simple 5 frame  pieces.
