Question
Sir,
i want to know why we need to do precompose to Displacement map's layer? what the Technical reson behind this ? why this dosen't work without precompose ?

Answer
Hello Atul,

I am not fully understanding your question.  What application are you using? 3D Max? if so, what are you developing with it?  Are you developing Game content, or standard video animation?  when you say you are precomposing, are you referring to "flattening" your diffuse maps with bump characteristic, gloss, etc in one diffuse (colored) image map?  Please clarify, and I can help us get to the answer.

Cheers,
