Hello I cant find answer how Rock Lee gained Leaf Village Protector ?, i know Rock Lee knows only Taijutsu tehniques,

Answer
To graduate from the Academy (and a forehead protector) in Konaha, a student must show proficiency in a randomly selected E-ranked skill.

Lee probably lucked out on his test day and they picked a taijutsu skill rather than a ninjutsu or genjutsu. The manga-ka has not given any other details than that.
