Question
well i was watching naruto/shippuden on youtube and i come thinking of that narutos father died in the battle with the nine tail fox, but what happened to his mother?
Naruto's mother, Kushina Uzumaki, is never addressed in terms of what had happened to her during the Nine-tailed fox attacked. Masashi Kishimoto, from my knowledge, has hinted that he will eventually explain what happened to her, but as of now in terms of the latest anime and manga releases, no one knows. That is, no one but Masashi Kishimoto knows what happened to Kushina. Fans can only hope for the day when the author will shed more light on the situation.
