Hello, and thanks in advance for your time. My favorite animes are Cardcaptor Sakura, FLCL, and The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya, and I've also seen (and enjoyed) some Inuyasha. I'm interested in some of the following animes, and I'd like to know if you think I would like them, and are they appropriate for, say, a fourteen year old? (and a bit of a sick minded one at that?)
Gakuen Alice
Lucky Star
Shugo Chara
I, My, Me! Strawberry Eggs

And are there any others you can think of that I might enjoy?

From what you listed, it seems like you like the magical girl and shoujo animes. To that extent, i'd suggest the following.

Mermaid Melody, Ask Dr. Rin, Magic Knights Rayearth, Ultra Maniac, Fruits Basket, & Kaleido Star.

All are excellent, and i'd pretty much rec them to anyone into anime.

They have free streaming anime & manga.
