hi, how are you :) i my friend says that naruto is super sonic speed (over 300m/s) when he fights pein, and other characters are much faster then him, and are hyper sonic, and even says itachi is light speed. is he right? i didnt think they were any were near that fast.

Honestly, I don't know where some people come up with these theories. Kishimoto hasn't really stated anywhere in the manga how fast they go exactly, but I agree with you on the fact that even though they are very fast, I don't think their measurements are anywhere near lightspeed. If you want a more detailed analysis of character data and other extras not mentioned in the actual storyline, I recommend the character data books written by Kishimoto himself.
