I am not getting suitable english subtitles for the "RickDeckard5-Perfect Blue [XviD][Dual Audio]" download of anime movie Perfect Blue. Please tell me where can I get suitable subtitles which I do not have to delay every 5 seconds to match voices with subs.

Hey there. To be honest, I don't know where you can get subtitles, and this is not my field of expertise (dragon ball z/gt/movies/OVAs, death note, darker than black and a couple of more animes/movies are on the other hand). So, to tell you the truth, I don't know, but as far as I've gathered, you have already downloaded the anime via torrent or somewhere else.
I would advise you to download it from somewhere else (go on www.torrentz.com and choose what best fits your description). However, you can try adjusting the given subtitles by using VLC player. If that doesn't work, you can download Vdub (Virtual dub cutter - it's free and very, very, very easy to use! Even I can use it xD) and try to adjust them to fit perfectly.
