Hi, and thanks for your time. Moving right along, could you tell me about any BL animes I might like? Non-slash anime I've liked includes Cardcaptor Sakura, the Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya, Fruits Basket, Lucky Star, and Ouran High School Host Club. Nothing too heavy, please. It doesn't all have to be innocent fluff, but nothing too bad... um... I like make out scenes? I have heard of something called Princess Princess. Do you think I would like that?
(This may be the most embarassing email I've ever written...)

Sure!  You might want to start off with Gravitation. It's very light, and not even truly BL, but it does have the two main characters in a relationship. And, it has some of the manic and zany qualities you seem to have enjoyed from some of the other series you mentioned.
To truly be a BL series, the plot has to revolve around the relationship of the two male leads. Gravitation is shojou because it revolves around one character breaking into the music industry, but the relationship is there.

Junjo Romantica is a bit heavier when it comes to BL content, and is a true BL series - but still pretty tame, and very zany. It's one of my favorites.

Princess Princess is pure shojou, with boys having to cross dress. It's a series that's made for slashing. You may enjoy it, but it wasn't my cup of tea.
