If u can please reply quickly its ben hard for me to find a good anime or manga! and there are so many to choose from!!! its a big pain in the butt to find a good anime so yah thanks

Answer
I know how you feel about finding good anime, hard for me too, but no worries :)

For action anime, it slightly depends on how fast you want it to go (and I apologize if I mention ones you already know):
- Jyu Oh Sei is a nice short anime (11 episodes) which is about medium action wise and has some romance, though also a tragedy. The manga itself is about 5 volumes.
- Gurren Lagann is one of my favorites, original anime with heavy duty action, mecha if you don't mind that. The manga adaptions are mostly parodies of it
- I would say Code Geass, but you might have seen that already (and if you haven't bump it up to the top of the list!)
- Getbackers, both manga and anime are pretty action filled, with lots of rather unique ideas when it comes to fighting, slight warning as the ending arch kind of drags out
- Zatch Bell, an old one - kind of strange and has a high resemblance to pokemon or Yu-gi-oh
- Shakugan No Shana, some of it is pretty funny, but pretty good with action and similar to D Grey Man
- Busou Renkin, take Bleach, Full Metal Alchemist, and D Gray Man and compact them into one; just a brief warning that the first official "villian" has a very...odd taste of fashion
- Star Ocean EX, interesting story about a boy who gets stuck on a foreign planet (Jyu Oh Sei is similar) but lots more fighting here I think
- Trigun, if you like bullets and old anime, this is a good one, and the manga apparently 100 times better
- Claymore, very dark but good none the less, it kind of drops off at the end, so I would recommend reading the manga as well
- Rurouni Kenshin, kind of long dragged out, but very good
- Yu Yu Hakusho, ditto

For action manga:
- Beelzebub, spelled right? LOTS of explosions and delinquents getting their faces relocated (naked male baby alert)
- Eden no Ori, based on Lord of the Flies apparently (also ecchi, but some romance)
- Defense Devil, gets more action based as you go along
- Psyren, 16 volumes of playing a "game" that will save humanity
- Butsu Zone, done by the same guy who did Shaman King (anime/manga)
- Witch Hunter, where the witches have awesome hates and the main character carries around a pumpkin head person

Now romance anime:
- Vampire Knight, I'll just throw that out there because it doubles as both romance and action
- Familiar Of Zero, a hilarious "Hogwarts" anime as I like to put it
- The Wallflower, the art is a bit...odd but interesting none the less
- Mermaid Melody Pichi Pichi, actually have not seen this one exactly, but reminds me a lot of The little Mermaid (lots of singing warning - also similar to Tokyo mew mew)
- Full Moon o Sagashite, some people like it, some people don't, I particularly have no opinion, but you can check it out (another lots of singing warning)
- Shugo Chara, because chibis are awesome
- Karin, somewhat interesting version of a vampire romance (ecchi)
- Pretear, the inside joke/pun is pretty hilarious and makes a running gag, but fairly decent romance

As for manga (please note I am not a heavy romance reader so sorry for the lack...):
- Elemental Gelade maybe, I started reading it recently and fairly decent. You can check out the anime too but that is very long, it leans towards action more than romance, but it is more emotionally set, so I put it here
- Mugen Doeki, one shot but nice story, tragedy
- Kon no Ki Konoha, One shot about a tree spirit, must read, yet another tragedy
- Hanako to Guuwa no Tera, not heavy on romance, but the general idea is there
- Kamisama Hajimemashita, can easily pass as a romance but not entirely sure it is one (depends on which characters view point you want to go with)
- Kaichou wa Maid-sama!, actually an anime as well so you can check it out :)

**Please note that the following are all smut (meaning graphic in terms of guy+girl stuff, so not recommended unless you are 18+ or around...)**
- Black Bird, about a girl with special powers who gets chosen to be some Tengu's bride
- Kyou, Koi wo Hajimemasu, about a girl who cuts some guy's hair and he becomes her boyfriend
- Private Prince, reminded me of princess diaries for some reason even though not much in common
- First Girl, best josei I have read, although a bit too heavy with the tango focus
- "Silver" and "Gold" (two different manga, same author), both also pretty good; kind of funny how my descriptions of each gets shorter XD

Unfortunately not all of the manga are complete, but I am pretty sure most of the anime are. If you have any questions on any of them, let me know. All anime listed under anime(with exception of Mermaid Pichi and Shugo Chara) are available english dubbed at justdubs.net if you wish. Most of the manga can be found at mangafox, if not mangareader.net.

Hope it helps! :)

I can answer the "what should I watch/read next" type questions for most dubbed anime (and some subbed) as well as manga. However, I do not know of yaoi or yuri as I do not watch/read them. (I do know of a few shoujo/shounen-ai, but not much - if you would like to know, you can ask but do not expect much). Otherwise, I do not have a specific genre which my knowledge is limited. Concerning manga, I specialize in one shots, but I can talk about others. *Please note, I am only here to help you out with the given questions above. Questions about specific shows will not be accepted as they are often homework questions or ones that belong in fan-forums. If it is a general question concerning a genre of anime however, that is fine. Sorry for the inconvenience.*

Experience

I have watched (and have a record of)/began/know of a LOT of anime, mostly dubbed though as I like to multi-task while watching. That has not limited me on subbed however as I do occasionally watch those. I know a lot about most genres and am an unofficial anime/manga critic who is very picky about what "is good". I have also gone to anime conventions (cosplay included).

Education/Credentials
I discovered anime in high school and have started a chain reaction of the horrible anime-virus by introducing it to my friend...
