hello how are you?
I would like to know what period of time does naruto take place? Also what website can i watch all the original naruto episodes but subbed in English and also can you make sure they have the shippuudens on there and that they upload them when they come?

The Naruto series is not set on Earth, and does not fall within a particular timeline. The setting is similar to fedual Japan, but there's alot of modern day items that pop up in the series, like photographs and radio headsets.
As far as finding the original Japanese episodes with subtitles, you can purchase the uncut box sets at most stores were you can find anime. Also, the fansubbing group Dattebayo is currently releasing the Shippuden episodes that you could download. Please remember that Naruto is a licensed anime, and as such, downloading any episodes is illegal.
