I saw a magazine cover that said that Jennifer Aniston is pregnant? Is this true?

It is not yet confirmed that Jennifer Aniston is pregnant. So it is still in the rumour stage.
:O)
But there is also talk about Jennifer and Brad adopting a baby because they - Jennifer is too busy with FRIENDS to get pregnant and that the directors/writers are getting annoyed because if she is pregnant it will mean they have to write up a script of Rachel being pregnant.
