No, Jennifer Grey was the sister in the movie.
But after the huge succes of the movie, it was decided to make a tv-show of it. The original actors didn't feel much for a tv career and so the tv show "Ferris Bueller" was filmed with other actors. Jennifer Aniston was among them and she starred as Ferris' sister in the tv version of the movie. If you never heard of this tv-show, then that's because it was a flop and got cancelled after a few months.
However, Jennifer got her big break anyway!
